DSP mobile digital payments are a pocket-friendly digital version of a traditional wallet with many other benefits. Its a digital card holder that holds your debit and credit cards, server-based e-money, all in one mobile app

The advantage of using Nüpay for users is that you dont need to top up the application because by using the Digital Nüpay application and registering the card you want to use in this application, all fixed balances on the users card will be automatically recorded in our system. In addition, the Nüpay digital application also has other advantages such as; Fast Payment System, integrated security system, online order system, making it easy to manage payment and purchase history.

Nüpay currently can only be used on Android-based phones.

Nüpay uses many security methods, such as; Device Fingerprint, Card Tokenization which means the System only stores virtual numbers created and issued from the system only and will not store or display the actual card number in the application so that user data is safe, Random PIN Pad to secure PIN Entry.

Immediately contact Nüpay Customer Care for a temporary account blocking request.

•Enter the main page of the Nüpay application
• Click "profile" found in the upper right corner of the page
•Select and click “Profil”
•Click “Reset”
•A confirmation appears to reset all cards contained in the application
•Enter a security question
•Enter password

If you forget your password, please follow the "Forgot Password" guide or follow these steps:

•On the login page select "Forgot Password"
•The system will immediately display the security question page to be filled in first
•Then the personal question filling page
•Enter email for sending link to set password
•Open emails and messages from Nüpay
•Click link “Setel Password”
•Enter new message

•Enter the main page of the Nüpay aplikasi application
• Click "profile" found in the upper right corner of the page
•Select and click Ganti Password
•Enter the old password first
•Enter new password
•Re-enter the same new password as before

•Enter the main page of the Nüpay aplikasi application
• Click "profile" found in the upper right corner of the page
•Select and click “Profil”
•Click “Reset”
A confirmation appears to reset all cards contained in the application
•Enter a security question
•Enter password

Refund terms can be asked directly to the merchant. Please contact the merchant in question

Immediately contact Nüpay Customer Care for assistance. Click the Contact menu on the main page of the Nüpay application to view telephone numbers and emails that can be contacted.

On the main page of the application, users can open the “Transaction History” menu to view transaction history details.

Please contact the DSP Call center to close the Account.

1. Click menu " Atur kartu "
2. Select the card you want to delete on the Nüpay . application
3. Click button "Detail Kartu"
4. Click button "Hapus"
5. Enter your password. Your card has been successfully deleted.
